Need to get my radio flashed to enable the fader, do they hook to the rear of the radio? What exactly is the process? Thanks

Harley dealers hook the digital tech to the bikes data port, not the radio.
The radio, when installed on the bike, is flashed through the J1850 data line.

What amp and speakers did you install in yours?
I have the same year of street glide cvo with the tour pak and I am looking to install new fairing and lowers speakers with an amp also.
Let me know what you did and if you have any pics would be great

I need it done as well. Waiting now for my new lids to come in for the rear speakers. How long does it take and how much do they usually charge?

Doesn't take long at all, (faster than the time it takes to read the first two posts of this thread). My dealer didn't even charge me!

Do the rear speakers need to be installed before they can flash it or do I need to wait until after the install?

Either way is fine
