Cam Guru`s,Will this cam just bolt into a cvo110, what mods have to be done to make it work, adding V&H big radius 2 into 1, se pro super tuner and dynoed. Thanks

Needs more compression.  Harley recommends 10.5:1 with that cam, and includes 10:5 pistons along with the 259e cams in the upgrade kit they sell for the 110.

I like the 259E cam in the 110.  Harleys kit is nice, but you can get a lot more torque and HP from that cam if you also have the heads done.

You may look into more of a bolt in cam if you are not looking to swap pistons etc.

The pipe you are adding is a one of the worst 2-1 I have tuned and really bottom of the barrel for making power it falls into the looks category

I had them do the HD kit.  I have a V&H Power bomb head pipe. Stock slip on mufflers. This is what I posted last week.
So the dealer finished up the upgrade. They did the first trip on the dyno yesterday. (to work on the map?)  It was 106hp and 114tq. I did the HD kit with the 10:1 piston and the 259e cam. Fell a little short of the 110hp but Super happy!!
