I don't mean to jack this thread.   

I lived in Sioux Falls from 1975 to 1979 and hadn't been back until 2011.  Man what a change!!!

Now, back to Native American Day

Too far east for me, too many people, too many flatlanders.  I'll stay in the Black Hills and moan 'bout the weather, which isn't always condusive to riding, like right now with all the snow.

We try to get to your part of SD every year for a week of riding.   It is only about 385 miles from here to Lead, SD.  Beautiful riding after or before Sturgis.

West Chester?  I spent way too much time down in Eddystone when I was a kid.  Kinda miss it, but that was a long time back.  I suspect things have changed a little.

We do not normally come up for the rally.  We would rather ride the safer roads a few weeks prior to or a few weeks after.  Too much traffic and too many crazy drivers during the rally.  Did it once, doubt if we would do it again.

We live 9 miles from Boulder.

I will give you a shout when we head back to western SD.

Good choice.  Too many FNGs with little/no experience with more than 5 others on the road.  Semper Fi, brother.
