Is your interface Blue or Black?
The Blue one is the only one that will work with the firmwre updater. If you have the blue interface and it still won't updaye make sure you don't have any TTS programs open and try again.

Finding dealers who are familiar with this product and getting technical service after the sale are huge issues that most riders don't think about until the time they need assistance. Some go with the SE Pro Super Tuner because any HD dealer can help no matter where you ride. Also, there are a lot of great revues about the Dynojet Power Vision. I've personally called the Dynojet and the Fuel Moto tech support lines and each company has people who are capable of answering technical questions pertaining to their products.

TTS support surpasses any dealer and PV by a long shot.......these units are only COPIES of the TTS.

Doc, someone has a personal vendetta going on with TTS, and I guess he's decided to jump into all "tuner" threads from now on to give them some negative press. I think Mr. Cole has pretty much summed up his position on it in another thread, and further beating of the horse serves no useful purpose.

Btw, most Harley dealerships are far from expert on the intricacies and inner workings of the SEPST, just as they are far from expert on many of the basic functions of the bikes.  Thinking you can walk into any ol' Harley shop and get accurate and meaningful answers to technical issues is a huge stretch and an obvious misrepresentation of the truth.  And getting tech support from a whole lot of companies on a weekend is pretty iffy as well.  For instance, Dyno Jet takes calls from 9 to 5 on weekdays only.  If anyone doesn't believe me, by all means go ahead and dial the toll free number yourself.

Thank you Jerry you nailed it.
There are dealerships I would struggle to let them wash my bike much less expect an accurate answer about the SEPST.
Between Steve Cole, Steve George, Doc and hd-dude I believe I could just about any concern resolved fairly quickly.

Don't see how you could find better customer service. Had a problem today, mostly my own 'DUH'. Was on the phone with Steve for about 1/2hr, and all is well. How could you ask for more??? TTS for me, always.
