Tuning at Elevation

Live and ride mostly at 5500-8500 elevation.  Am in the process of upgrading the tuner, exhaust, etc.  Should I be looking for a dyno tune at something close to my elevation?  What impact will there be, if any, if I have the bike tuned at, say 1000 feet elevation?  Thanks
