I'll get some of the pleasant pictures up from the race when I get a few minutes.

As a runner I attended todays event for the first time as a spectator in hopes of re-sparking my interest in competitive running..

We were on Heatbreak Hill watching the final climb. We decided to leave by three so we were just making our way to the truck when the chaos started. I can not say enough good things about the heavy presence of emergency personell in the area.

Wonder if this will start a BOMB LAW debate!  There are crazy people, cowards, sickness in our world.  Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to stop what has been created and developed in our culture.  Bad people do bad things, hopefully we find the culprits and make an example of them. Meanwhile, my prayers and compassion go out to those that have been affected and devistated by this cowardly act.

The daughter of a good friend had just finished the race and was in one of the medical tents when the first bomb went off.  She looked out of the tent to see what the noise was - when the second bomb went off.  She was about 50 yards from the site of the blast.  Fortunately, she is safe and is returning home tonight...


Prayers to all those injured and thanks to all who assisted...

We have a marathon over here this sunday, do to the Boston low life murdering act,.. security has 10 fowled in the area of 4000 coppers on the lookout. Feering it's not only isolated to Boston.
