Call me a Day Late and a Dollar Short.

I just stumbled across this toady

S&S Cycle Power Tune Duals
http://www.sscycle.com/feature/featureview.php?s_id=31

Fitment
1995-up Harley-Davidson® touring models
2009-'11 Tri Glide® models*

I conversed with S&S tech today.
Pretty simple conversion
There is a bracket that bolts to the Oil Pan and the Exhaust Cross Over bolts to that bracket.

I asked about ground clearance was told the they had no issues with a RoadKing that had been lowered 1", 03SERK height.

This is certainly on my To Do List now.

Go for it!  Very well built.  The best rear mount I have seen.  Sound is awesome.  4" Rinehart cans.

Is the rear cylinder O2 sensor in the correct location to allow a good tune?

How does the bracket mount to the Oil Pan?
Do you have to take all of the Oil Pan Bolts out and use longer bolts?

The Pic looks like it crosses over in the same area as the 09and newer.

Anyone here running it on a '95 - '08 yet?
Will the cross under fit with a Wheeldock EZ-UP Center Stand installed?

Will it take most mufflers, or only the S&S SPOs?
Will the cross under fit with a Wheeldock EZ-UP Center Stand installed?

The S&S LInk I posted says - "Compatible with all slip-on mufflers"

I do not know about the Wheeldock EZ Up Center Stand

I've been looking at these too.  I talked with S&S ref: ground clearance.  Asked for photos with them mounted.  No pics.  I'm very concerned they could drag.  Anyone with have any actual experience with these?  Pics?

I have them on a '06 Ultra. I could grind the left side heat shield on up hill left turns. These is a clamp on the right side that would hit on up hill right turns. I took a cut off wheel to the bolt thru the clamp, cut off the excess. Have not had any problems since. Excellant pipes with a well thought out mounting bracket.

DogBone,... do you think it would work with a centerstand?

Ironhorse, I do not know. The mounting bracket bolts to the rear side oil tank mounting holes. I'm not familiar with the center stands that are available.

Well I heard back from both S&S and WheelDock EZ-UP, and the two will NOT work together on the '08 and earlier bikes. Gotta pick one, or the other.

Just noticed another thread . Some of the responders have the S&S Power Duals installed.

I assume you will have to replace the oil pan with the current p/n oil pan to provide clearance for the cross-under pipe - as will all other cross-under exhaust systems.

No
S&S Tech says there is a bracket that bolts to your Oil Pan and then the Cross Over Hanger bolts to that bracket
If you look at and 09 or newer and then the S&S Pic of their's, the S&S cross over is futher aft than the 09s or newer.
