Is there a cam upgrade for the 110 that best suits the aggressive daily driver?

The TR 625 is a great cam when set right. I have used it in several builds including my own. It is not a bolt in cam for the 110's.

I dont think one can advise on cams absent other info ie pipes, tuner.

I have 2012 cvo street glide.

Doc has advised me to change to fullsac pipes, port my heads by tman, tts tuner yet keep my stock 255 se cams.
I wanted the max increase in torque that pulls evenly to about 4500 rpm without sacrificing reliability or spending a fortune.  The law of diminishing returns really kicks in quickly when it comes to getting more hp n torque for dollars spent.

Doc has a history of giving out good info for us CVO owners.  Many happy customers from what I hear.

On the 110 motors I have had great results using the Tman 625 cam. As quite as stock, easy install and it'll pull your arms out of the sockets with a twist of the throttle. any questions just ask.  dsv

Dan,
I betcha' that .625 does work good. :2vrolijk_21:
10.5 cr is where we've set those in other engines.

I've also had good success with the T-Man 555.  It has the same grind as the T-Man 625 but has lower lift.  Still works best at around 10.5 comp though.

If your motor is stock or a mild build, you may want to consider the Andrews 54 or T-Man 555 Torqster.  Both of these work well with a 9.0-10.1 comp and will give you increased HP and TQ where you need it.

Fullsac uses the Andrews 54 in their stage II package.  Before building my current motor, I ran the Fullsac Stage II setup with a 30T front sprocket.  The bike felt like a crotch rocket with this combination between 2K and 4K rpm.

I think the 30T sprocket made a significant difference in parking lot maneuvers, coming off the line and during passing. However the RPMs where about 6% higher at any given speed compared to the 32T sprocket.

During my latest build, I converted back to the 32T sprocket because I didn't care for the higher cruising RPMs and was concerned about reported belt breakages reported on this forum.

I did their stage II build on my 12 sg3.  I did yes 54h and a good tune.  104hp.  110 torque and dist change head gaskets.  I'm happy :)
