Installed a Fullsac X-pipe about two yrs. ago and have noticed some rust forming on the outside of the pipe, near the front clyinder. Is the exterior finish of the X-pipe ceramic, or is the ceramic on the inside (or both)?

there should be no rust on a properly coated pipe...I had mine jet hot coated 4 years ago and there is not rust anywhere
