I agree with 'most everybody here as to your dyno guy being your main problem.

The 110s definitely are much happier with a richer AFR.

The '09 SERG already had V&H power duals w/ Roland Sands Design mufflers when purchased last June, I like 'em, they seem to have good power characteristics to me. I think that the RSD mufflers have more backpressure than the ones that you have. ('Don't think that they sell too many of the RSDs, since they are quite pricey)

When I called Doc awhile back and told him that I had Power Duals, he said they were ok, he did not seem familiar with the RSDs.

When are you going to Thunder Beach?

Leaving 1st thing Wednesday morning

You might call these people if you're going to Thunder Beach.  http://www.hd-cycles.com/

I know they are good with the TTS Mastertune (the tuner was trained by Doc1), but they may be good with the SEPRT as well, since the devices are similar in many respects (IMO, the TTS is "better").  Give them a call and talk to the guy.

If it were mine, I would want to see what the bike dyno's out in 5th gear not 4th it should bring the overall numbers up a couple.   i would make sure I had proper air pressure in the tires.

Good luck.

This might be a dumb question....

By looking at a dyno sheet, how can you tell what gear they used for the pull?

Blow up the attachment by clicking on it.   The conditions are indicated in the description below the graph itself.

Ok, pretty obvious.
The two dyno sheets I've seen in person didn't list a gear.

Typically dyno sheets don't list the gear the dyno was done in.

Just happens this one was typed in in the comments.
