I know some of our friends down south get a little spoiled, but this Saturday...sunny and 66 degrees, Sunday...sunny and 70 degrees!  Problem is my bike is stuck in the garage! I live on a lake, actually an island.  We remodled a cottage and I built a nice big garage. I had the driveway put in this Monday this week thinking no big deal, stay off it for 2-4 days?  Nope, 7-10 days becasue of the moisture in the ground already, then of course we have been getting a ton of rain here too.  The lake was about a foot low, now my neighbors pier is underwater.  Stuck until next week!

I feel your pain, forcast for 70* this weekend and my CUSE6 went to the dealer this moring(on a trailer) - probably in pieces by now..issues with lifters.

Love bugs are out!

 A day of riding will get you 2 to 3 hours of scrubbing the bast##ds off. They love to eat paint so you have to get every 1 off.

We rode last nite & it was 82! Great nite to ride!

Tomorow I'll get caught up on other projects like working on my old FLT & drinking beer.

Just throw down a couple of 4x8 sheets of 3/4" plywood over the concrete and roll your bike out! That's too nice of weather to have it sit in the garage!

Thats what my brother told me to do.  The ground is real soft on the island as the frost all comes up from within not to mention we have gotten about 7 " of rain in the last week.  Today is the 1st sunny day since the driveway was poured, tomorrow will be even better.  I may have to give it a whirl on Sunday afternoon well see.

X2...you're not going to stress concrete that has set up but not fully "cured" with a 1000lb motorcycle/rider.  Now I wouldn't drive a dump truck over it, but a normal weight is not going to hurt it.

I got some plywood to lay out and I was going to ride today.....however, Michigan it went from a forecast of 73 and sunn, to rain as I look out my window!  Thats OK, in the end, I rather not screw up my new driveway.  NOW it's the PERFECT day to install my Daymakers!!!
