I don't know if this will work, and honestly, I haven't looked at it since I took the picture months ago....

The key words in your reply 'compression bump' I've pretty much convinced myself that if the time comes to break the cylinders down and pull the heads, I'm going to go 107" and put my heads in a professionals hands to massage and do it right. My bike has over 40k of hard miles and is using a little oil, so that time may be sooner than later......

I've never been able to ride a dyno chart  :nixweiss:

How much oil is it using? If the oil consumption is intolerable to you, the 107 is a good combination (good bang for the buck).

Also, you might want to try a 2 into 1 exhaust somewhere in your equation, I'm sorry, I see that you already have a 2into1...

You said that it feels strong to you, and you have already updated the tensioners...

It uses a quart or 2 between changes. Not intolerable, but enough that I have to keep an eye on it. I hope I can keep the 48 cams if I go to a 107...

To explain the chart above, the first pull is after he removed my pc3. I'm sure that was way off the mark.

For me, a quart or less is tolerable.

There are plenty of reputable folks on this forum that can steer you in the right direction a lot better than I can as far as the cams are concerned.

A good friend of mine that averages 30k mi. / year had a '06 Autumn Haze like yours, has been very happy with FuelMoto over the years

Only if you keep the compression down. If you bore to 3.937" for a 107 motor, even with out milling the heads, you end up with a minimum of 10:1 compression, but probably about 10.2:1. Really too high for those cams. It could be tuned to run them, but it sure wouldn't be optimum. If you go 107, I would use the Andrews 54 cams, around 10:1 compression, and maybe use someone else for tuning. Let the group know how far you can travel, they'll recommend a good tuner. Plenty of them frequent this board, like Doc for instance. There are lots of cams that will work great in a 107, but you said you like lower power. The 54's will do that really well in a 107.

2004 CVO 103 that had been over heated a few times due to a bad tune. The stock 103 kit  had took a beating in the process so a quick clean up on the cylinders and the Andrews 54 cam.  Stock valve job , very basic set up really. Ran very strong for low dollars spent.

I had a 107ci that I chased the dyno sheet to the sum of 6500.00....I now have a 110ci that has hp & tq that I can use all thru the powerband & quit chasing numbers. Been there done that & it gets old & expensive quick!

I spoke with the Service Manager at the dealership where my tune was done. He agreed that it doesnt sound right. Said he would run it on the drum and check it out for me. He also asked me to bring the bike on a cool, cloudless day for the best results? Sounds fishy to me,....

chasing numbers does get pricey.. Most fail to understand the point of diminishing returns.  You can get some nice gains with a cam good ex system and tune.  but then it gets to a point where the gains get smaller and the money spent gets larger.

Been there, done that, and spent a butt load of money in the process. I'm not really chasing numbers, more concerned that I didn't get the tune that I paid for. I'm gonna give this guy another shot at it, after that, we'll see what comes next. This may end up being a winter project.....
