last week i was so excited to have UPS show up with my new DX pipe, screens and 1.75" baffles from fullsac.  in the box was also a TTS - which i did not order, nor did i pay for.  i reluctantly called alice immediately and we both determined it was sent in error.  she sent me a call tag and it's on it's way back today - i didn't need it as i have a powervision, but could have kept this one and sold it on ebay or something.

i will say that although i know it was the right thing to do as karma and pay it forward comes into play, who couldn't use and extra $300 or 400 bucks either??  damn conscience gets in the way every time these things come up......

So who are you pissed at? Yourself or Fullsac? As great a company as Fullsac is they can make mistakes.
You did the right thing, don't sweat it!

My son called last week, seems he ordered a set of track tires and they sent him 2 more sets by mistake.
He didn't pay for them or order them and wondered what to do.
I told him he KNEW what to do.
He called the company before they found the mistake and he shipped them back on their dime!
Good karma will come his way! I promised him! LOL

one of the reasons this was soooo easy for me was that my son was with me while i opened the box and found the mastertune.  was a great grasshopper moment.  he knows these things will come along in life many times over and i am hopeful he will also always know the right thing to do.

Alice handled the return very professionally. Sometimes the boss doesn't get to know everything

Regardless, I put everything together last night and hope to take it out after work tonight or after work sometime this week.
