If I click on the link provided it says "Our records indicate that you've already taken the survey" and doesn't allow for the survey to open up. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Just completed the survey and thanked them for the event and also for recognizing CVO owners as a valued customer segment. Hopefully, more recognition and benefits will follow.

Not sure what they hope to get out of that survey from those who did not attend the Sturgis event. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]  Not too many in-depth questions there.  Maybe there were different questions than what I got if you said you went to Sturgis.  Otherwise, it was just a bunch of generic crap.

I agree with 103, the questions did not amount to much.   I can't see where the answers would be of any value of the questions asked.

Got mine too, and the same feeling, why bother with those questions?  Did any Sturgis attendees take it?  Did they ask any real CVO questions? :-?

The survey was a joint project with a research team from Oregon State University.

As I spend a great deal of time at our local University, I would have to surmise that it is possible that the 'team' is part of a project to determine the BEST way to advertise to our ELITE group of bikers and perhaps the most effective marketing startegy.  The question about considerations of other products indicates they may be tryying to to determine if our loyalty is beginning to wain to other products.  The projects that our school become involved in usually result in good things for the customers.  Corporations that care enough to poll their customers for opinions generally are concerned about relationship marketing.  (IMHO)

I got that impression, so I said that "Sturgis was not my cup of Tea" meaning BTDT and they might want to look at other rallies or venues to get more of the CVO crowd to attend. [highlight]Like they could come to Maggie Valley[/highlight]

Trust me, they've been invited (several times and different ways).  But don't hold your breath 'cuz I don't think it's happening.
Maybe we should have invited Michele Smith (see below) from American Thunder. Then we wouldn't have to worry about holding our breath it would have been taken away from us. [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]
