FIREFIGHTERS DAY...

Today is Firefighters Day...This is International.  A day to thank all firefighters for their extraordinary commitment, courage, and selfless service.

Thanks to all who are here and to those whom are not.   :2vrolijk_21:

Hats off to all the Fire Fighters who put their lives on the line for us daily.  My recently deceased (97 and a half years young) father-in-law was a district chief in the fire department.  They are special people.  God bless 'em all.

Thank you for doing the job that you do and just plain existing... otherwise we'd have to find somebody else to tease like the EMS guys!

Didn't even realize there was a firefighters day. ???  I was fortunate enough to turn in my retirement papers yesterday! Most of the career was great. Time to open another chapter! Now for some serious ride'n     :orange:

It's amazing you guys take the time to even notice... must be hard rolling out of bed or pushing yourself away from the dinner table to go take a peek!

You don't need sheets if you lay on the hood and recline on the windshield... so I've heard.

And by the way, you're a little late...  they aren't making Crown Vic's anymore.

Now RETIRED from Volunteer Firefighting and Para-medicine.

Would do it all over again ,,,,,, in a HEART beat.

I NOW miss it...........
