Hey, Flyguy!
I was looking at the Cyclepedic myself pretty seriously as my SO has a problem coccyx - broke her tailbone at 16 and the nuns at the catholic boarding school refused to let her see a doc. So it set very badly, now at age 54, she can't sit a bike with a normal saddle for more than about 20 mins without being badly hurt. Has put a dampener on my touring for quite some time. I work away from home for long periods, so when I do get home I like to get some very long trips in. her tender butt has meant I either go it alone, or I dont go.
Anyway I had some really good comms with the owners at Rush, but my enthusiasm died when they told me that they had decided not to go with the heated option. I begged and I pleaded, cos the heated seats in our TDI helped momma's butt no end, but they wouldn't budge. I even offered to pay double for the prototype, and they refused. So I have been waiting to hear some good reviews, and if the seat is as good as I think it will be, it might be worth buying one, and having a local guy fit some heat demons into it.
So, I for one am really looking forward to hearing what you think of the seat when it comes.
On the other hand my SO has found the standard seat that came with my FLHTCUSE5 as the most comfortable yet, and we have been on a number of rides which have been in the region of 100 miles, and no complaints! Just applause for moving up to a CVO! Won't ever go back, now that Momma is happy - and no arguments about the price, yay!
I just have to find a way that more chrome increases the comfort factor

I have the George Anderson relocator ordered so that next time I go home, it will be on the bike. I have also ordered my lady a nice Canon camera as a surprise - to keep her busy out back on those long rides. I was getting fed up with trying to get decent pics off the helmet cam.
Any other (clean) suggestions on how to keep my good lady comfy on the back are welcome!
Cheers,
Peggers
