Brand Freakin New!! Got great info right from the start Thanks

Hi all I just bought a 2009 Road Glide SE with only 6140 miles on it. What a beautiful bike. Great to ride. Right after I got it I got a horrible noise every time I started the bike. So I jumped on line and found this site full of helpful people with great info. I tracked the noise down to The SE compensator. My mechanic wanted to replace my starter for $300.00 but I told him to start by replacing the compensator sprocket with the SE Big Twin compensator Sprocket HD part #40274-08A. As found from this forum. Cost $512.00 total parts and labor but what a difference and found out that my starter is fine. So they were going to start changing parts till they found the problem and cost me big bucks!!!! SO THANKS PEOPLE!
