Hello All,

Would anyone know the part number for the stock HD oil filter adapter that would fit our bikes (2004 SE)?

I am in the process of installing the Jagg Low mount with fan and I need the stock HD oil filter adapter to connect their offset mount to.

One major item they left out in the instructions!

The 04 SEEG had the filter adapter with the thermostat built in.  Am assuming since you've got that you're asking for the adapter that is stock on the non-SE bikes rather than the adapter that was stock on your bike?  If so the silver version of that part is 26274-99.

I wasn't sure originally, I thought the stock adapter was two pieces.

From what I could find (Jagg is closed for the holiday), our bikes came with the adapter with the tstat build in.

Thanks I think that is it, Jagg did say I would have to replace the oil cooler filter adapter with the stock HD but never gave a part number.

Marvin  ( IE owner Jagg) and I had this conversation about two days ago. I was working on a tri-glide. He does not like the HD adapter as he stated, the flow on it is wrong. As well you are going to find the wire harness is not long enough to work with the stock unit. Nothing that cannot be over come. But since you don't have one why not buy the jagg unit as well.. The fan cooler really does a great job.

I talked to Marv before I placed my order, I believe he is unaware that the SE bikes come stock with a different oil filter mount as Don replied in his post above.

I sent an email to Marv, hopefully he can add this to the instructions.

Hello Marv,

After some research and help from cvoharley.com I found that my bike (2004 FLHTCSE) has the filter adapter with the thermostat built in and I need the oil filter mount that is stock on the non-SE bikes 26274-99.

I also understand that I may have to extend the wiring harness.

Marvin is not happy with the flow.. and I do believe the flow pattern is still the same, on what ever part number you are dealing with.. I got a 13 here for engine upgrades will have to look at that compare to the 12 thats next to it.

Thanks, I guess the SE' have the unique oil filter mount with the built-in t-stat.

Found the part number but, it has been discontinued;
