Pillion backrest option 2013 CVO Road King

New to HD and my wife wants a higher backrest , maybe 9 or 12 inch high. What is the highest possible?

Can I buy a bolt on extension or can I source a higher sissy bar. The HD higher bar looks marginally higher.
