That's a sweet ride. I know she will enjoy it; they handle great, have plenty of torque, and will stop on a dime. I had one a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Still have a Beemer in the stable, an R1200GS. Same drive train basically, different suspension - great all-around bike.

Santa Fe will be an excellent place for all of us to test ride it, too.

You don't need no stinkin' race tuner, either.  Although an Akrapovic slip-on muffler would be nice (The most recent addition to the famous German line is known for its sporty elegance and technical refinement).  And who doesn't need a little technical refinement now and again for only $674.95.

Nice purchase, Mel!!

Hmmmmmm....You'll have to tell me more about ths muffler  Jimmy!! :2vrolijk_21:

Congratulations on the new sled Melanie.  Something tells me that you're going to enjoy this ride much more than that dirt bike.  :2vrolijk_21:

Nice bike...I test drove one a few years ago and it was a blast to ride.  It's a proven machine.  I did not know they made a factory low version though....hmmmmmmm
