Hello from Massachusetts

Purchased a blackl/silver Breakout CVO from a great dealer in Roanoke Virginia. Drove down from Massachusetts and brought it home in a trailer. Took it for my first ride today, got 16 miles on it and found a 2" nail dead center in the tread of my rear tire. Not a great way to start out. Bike feels great on the road. Can't wait for break in to be over.

Congrats on the new ride and welcome from western Wisconsin.

I know how you feel, I picked up a 1/2" long piece of aluminum in mine at 550 miles. Fortunately it didn't go through the cords.

I hope your future miles are less hectic!

Greg, welcome to the site from East Tennessee and congratulations on the Breakout.  That black/polished metal has become my favorite color/non color on a HD for '13.  Really shines in the sun.
As for our CVO's, you've joined the right forum.  Lots of information and conversation here on all things CVO related.
