Another thumbs up for fullsac
« on: June 04, 2013, 12:12:12 PM »

Two weeks a go my son and I installed the Fullsac stage one kit on my 13SERG. It included the header pipe baffles, screens and TTS with canned map (about $1100). Took us four hours to disassemble, grind out the stock baffles, install the new baffles head pipe and download the tune. We were taking our time so more experienced wrenchers could probably do it in less time.

Bottom line runs and sounds great (2 inch baffles) seem like more mid range power noticeable but not dramatic. Heat from the cat is gone!!! , Its a 110 so it still run hot but at least that cat heat is gone. Did a four hour trip in 95 degree heat on the maiden voyage and no issues. Wife loved the sound of the new louder pipes, go figure. For the price I would have to say I am very happy.

Going to Laconia next week and will see if I can get it on a dyno to get the tale of the tape. on actual HP/TQ.

I am doing the same soon. Did you use all of the packing that was in the muffler?
I am hoping for a deep rumble at idle and a little louder on the open road.

Use the wrap around the screen it really cuts the "tinny" sound out and leaves a nice deep tone.
Only gets louder when you get on the gas!
