Headlight Nacelle Kit
« on: October 05, 2006, 04:02:55 PM »

I noticed several SE Fat Boys with the headlight nacelle.  I would like to add this to my yellow and cobalt fat boy, however my local harley delaer says it wont fit.  Any suggestions???

Hey Miked,
You could have a new record here only 2 posts in 549 days.
Have you sold your Dyna & now have a FLSTFSE2??

Yes, I have sold the Dyna, miss it though.  It was a great bike.  Believe it or not, it actually handled better in the corners than fat boy.  However the Fat Boy has the overal power over the dyna.  I just could justify having two bikes. Plus the Fat Boy is better for my longer rides, i.e. rode to Key West from Atlanta and back.  Kick @ss!

That's odd, I just sold my Low Rider (05 FXDLI) on EBay. I got $11,400 for it and a very happy buyer too, in Colorado.

I couldn't justify my Low Rider sitting in my garage collecting dust. The beauty of the bike was lost to me when I bought the 05 FLSTFSE. For all the same reasons as posted above. And I loved that bike.

I guess true love is in the eyes of the beholder.

Behold, my Screamin' Eagle Fat Boy rocks the SFV!!

Hello,

My first time posting. I installed a Nacelle headlight on my 06 FLSTFSE2. I will give you pictures once I figure that out. I just added 1" spacers to my risers and everything fit without lenghening the wires. It looks really cool.

River Rat,

Have you had her on the dyno? or are you just running a canned SERT map?
