Hello,
Bought my first CVO at the end of March 2013. Today I found these forums yes, I have been known to be a little slow.
So the long story to my CVO is as follows, 30 years ago, I sold my bike to handle starting a family. Back in 2000 my wife sent me out to find a vehicle to replace our Caravan. I came home with an '86 Grand Touring Edition (FXRDTL), in my defense, we owned a Suburban, we did to need a van

she bought in on my reasoning. Had this till May 2007 when we rode from Georgia to Texas for a work related class. While there we traded the '86 for a 2007 Ultra Classic FL HTCU. Let's say the ride home from Texas was much different than the ride there. October 2009 while having a small repair done in Daytona, FL, my wife and I found the only HD that my wife fit comfortably, 2002 Fatboy FLSTF Lots of chrome and loud. Sweet ride, (a bit low, so cornering is a little slower). Aug 2012, while at the local dealer, this little young thing comes up to me asking if I would like to buy a raffle ticket for a bike. Hey, I just happen to have a $10 bill in my pocket, I will take one. Early the next morning (2:30 am) I get this phone call. I won a 2012 Street Glide FLHX. Wow,what do we do with the car now? Leave it in the driveway? LOL. March 2013, picking up the Street Glide from the 1000 mile service (at 1700 miles, oops) saw THE BIKE. Ok so the dealer closes at 6pm. We rolled out the door at 7:30pm. FLHTCUSE8, 2013 Anniversary CVO Screaming Eagle Ultra Classic. #616 of 1100. Traded in the Ultra and the Street Glide. It has been quite a ride getting here. We have taken it from Atlanta, GA to Grand Rapids, MI. Since we were that close, we took a short ride around the Lake and went to the HD museum which is a very cool place. About read for the 5000 mile service and who knows where I (we) will ride this year.
The pic is trade the two on the left for the one on the right.
My thanks to my bride of 30 years for saying, you want it, so buy it.

she is so good to me.
