Great pics once again Jock.. and thanks for the ideas we are going to br spending 10 days in that area starting July 1st couldnt make Santa Fe you guys are a week early for us ...maybe next year  :nixweiss:

Great scenery, wonderful roads and a great country to ride in.  Looks like a very enjoyable trip out.  Maybe next year for us...... :nixweiss:

Trail Ridge Road is the highest paved road in the United States at over 12,000 ft. above sea level.





Sorry. Mount Evans has the highest paved road at 14,130 ft

That was their claim...I did not realiize that road you were on was "paved"...Nice opportunity for you!   :2vrolijk_21:

This is just the sign marking it. The parking lot is behind the camera person of this pix. And yup, that twisty, curvy road is paved the whole way up.
