Deals Gap, home of The Dragon (the "V" in the center)

This picture is on the BRP at the "Water Rock" look out (5820').
Deals Gap is 45 miles away and at 1955', just to the right of center.

Well I already drove 5 miles before finding this, whats a little dirt?

3 miles later ..........

But it looks to be a great ride when finished.
And this road was a dream compared to the road (?) we found at the "Mile High Campground"

Our cabin at Fontana Village.
We stayed here 3 nights, this was a great place too. Looking forward to coming back

Suspension footbridge on US 129 (south of Fugitive Dam) leads to nowhere, but fun to walk on [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
