FLHXSE3' on my 3rd front tire under warranty.

I am on my 3rd replacement front tire. 19 in. Every few thousand miles they develop cracks right next to the wheel bead. Dealer is good about replacing without question. But it came up yesterday while getting another one replaced that I finned these because I keep that beautiful front wheel clean and I'm always inspecting.
Just wonder how many others have seen this  and putting this post here so you all go take a close look at those front tires.

I hate these Dunlap tires!  Please Michelin.., hurry and make tires that fit my '12 SG.   :-\

Mine was replaced by the dealer under warranty @ 5400 mi
Tech noticed when having my front fender replaced. Will keep a closer eye myself!

That sucks. Just put a set of Michelin Commanders on mine. Freaking awesome tires. Use the Dyna Beads...

I've got about 15k miles on a set of Dunlops with small cracks. I've been watching them since around 6k miles, havent gotten bigger/longer. I'll be replacing them soon, but they havent affected my riding.

I sure wish Michelin would make tires to fit our SG  :-\

Just had my front replaced under warranty, cracks around the side wall just off the bead 8k on it, no questions asked.

I like the tires myself. The low profile front is a little stiff because of the short side wall, but overall I like them and I have never got even close to 10k on a rear and I'm over 11k and the rear still looks really good

Just had one put on 2 weeks ago put 1200 miles on it and the same cracks developed so I had them replace it again yesterday. First tire had 7500 on it. Dealer is absorbing all costs. It's complete BS though. The last tire was made in Nov. '12 and the one on it now is from March '13 so I'll post back if I have more trouble. The dealer is contacting Dunlop to find out WTF is going on.  :nixweiss:

I'm a bit concerned that you are ok with cracking on the sidewalls of tires. I have a safety issue with riding 70 mph on tires that are cracking and that is unacceptable to me. They are covered under warranty so I do not get why you would literally risk your life and possibly others over it?  :(

2012 Street Glide with 6000 miles and after reading this post I checked and I have a crack only on one side that runs along the bead. Must be a big problem.....

 2011 SESG, 11,500 on the tires, still within tread wear depth. Will replace soon but no cracks at all right now...
