front fender new?

I have some damage on the front fender of my SERK 2003; I can repair or replace, but are these fenders for sale (new) somewhere in the original colors centennial gold with black accents? I live in The Netherlands and this CVO has never been sold in Europe, so there is no stock of 2003 SERK parts in Europe, but maybe in the US???

The part number for the front fender is 59791-03BFG.  Wouldn't expect a dealer in the US to stock it either.  So from wherever someone lives it's a part one would expect to need to order.

Your bigger question is if it can still be ordered.  A fair assumption would be that due to its age it is obsolete and can no longer be ordered new.  Good luck.
