Hawg wired amp help
« on: July 15, 2013, 04:20:40 PM »

Ok here it goes,

I have a 4 channel 300 watt hawg wired amp with a garmin 550 gps hooked to the aux plug on the stock radio of my
04 S/E. When I am riding or sitting still engine running playing MP3 music or directions I get a interference buzzing through
the speakers.
I have gone as far as unplugging the plug from the gps no fix unplugged from radio no fix left it all unplugged
and turned off the radio and I still get it   ???????????   Any other suggestions? checked all connections in the fairing
everything has dielectric grease double checked my ground connections I am at a loss.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I'd give them a call. They can have you do some system checks while on phone or suggest ground isolator or whatever may be needed.
They're very willing to help resolve an issue with their products.
