Anybody use the wo575's on a 2010 FLHTCUSE5?
« on: July 28, 2013, 10:35:26 AM »

I am thinking about changing from stock bars to the wild ones 575 and just wondering what changes, if any had to be made. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

Got them on my cuse4. Bigggg difference in comfort due to improved hand position. I've heard its hit & miss, but I didn't have to replace any cables. Boy, that clutch cable is $$$.

I installed the Wild1 578's and didn't have to change anything. The grips are a little flatter than the 575's but they should work.

I also have the 575's and the bars went on with out any additional parts. The clutch line had to be re-routed but it worked out perfectly. As for the ride difference?  Brings your hands 2 inches higher, 2 inches closer and 2 inches wider. The hand position is near perfect now and I ride 800 km per day with out any pain or discomfort. ( no cruse  ) What I also found is the extra leverage I got with the wider bars made the bike feel like it has power steering. Especially on the highway. I general I love the bars and would highly recommend. They look go to.
