Haven't had any problems w/mines either. Matter of fact it runs well enough to keep w/a "finely tuned 95ci SERG" in sight. ;D

Don't tell anybody (especially the wifey [smiley=nervous.gif]), but I'm thinking about the Zippers 113ci kit. I like the ability to keep the bike looking stock (other then compression release), and having someone thinking it's just another 103. Then when I twist the wick and jump on them [highlight]I can just say... "oh, it's just a finely tuned 103ci". [/highlight];) [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

Had it not been for my flip up shield feeling like it was not going to stay down I think I would have even held throttle open longer.

1) What are you guys calling 'Jester'?  [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

2) The same company makes H-D seats as has for years, including CVO.  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

3) 5th gear (& 1st) in an OE six-speed is straight cut where 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 6th are helical (quieter by design)... additionally in 5th the countershaft is really flyin so that combined with the gear design ,there is a 'gear sound' that you don't hear in other gears. Kind of sounds like a gear-drive cam set-up on a small block chevy.  8-)

4) At certain rpm's and certain loads 'chatter' can be heard from the primary drive system... if you deem it objectionable, downshifting a gear should make you happy.  ;)

The 07s have been given the nickname "Jester" because of the similarity of the front fairing paint & a court jesters hat [smiley=jester.gif]

Don't get me wrong guys and gals.My bike is incredible and I absolutely love it. Its just that a 15 amp mini fuse blowing can ruin a day if you don't know what is causing it.

There are electrical issues with all bikes. They are motorcycles.....not baseball bats. Especially a bike with all the electronics that a CUSE2 has. I don't like it but I will put up with it. If I bought a Ferrari and had electrical issues would I be just as pissed?.Yes. Would I get rid of it or say that all Ferraris suck? No.

I have not noticed any straight cut gear noise off my gearbox.

I love my bike.

Can't do over 95 on a SE ultra....must be one of the bikes that have too much clear coat on the painted parts with the chrisom stripe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Slowing it down.  My "06 would do ver 100+++++.

Good to hear that the 07s are strong running bikes.  Mine will be in in 45 days...can't wait.
