On the road again,,,Sturgis bound

We are on the road. Later start than expected but what the heck, it's vacation. Will post some pics when we get to Indianapolis.  A bit of rain but expected. Skunk Ryder, Vickie and me headed west.

382 miles and great weather today with a few sprinkles in KY. Brownburg, IN tonight. Waterloo, IA tomorrow night. Rick, Vickie and I say hi

420 today. Great weather for all but the last 15 miles and then road construction and a light, steady rain coming into Waterloo. Too bad we can't stay a while here. They are having an Irish festival all weekend. Oh well, Sturgis is calling. Had a few more road gators to avoid today. Must be the fine interstate (74) through Illinois. Have to say, it's much better than it was the last time I came through. Had one truck blow right in front of us but we saw it in plenty of time to avoid.  A few pictures to follow and the "crew" says hi.
First couple pics are at a rest stop west of Peoria with a couple of other travellers
