I'm a power junkie,  my mustang makes nearly 1200rwhp.   

I don't know much about bikes though.   When it comes to the 110's, I guess we already have a cam,  what can be done to really get some more power out of them.

If you want a solid 40-50 hp increase, removed the 110 and replace it with a 120R = profit!

With head work and, of course, free flowing exhaust, I think a street legal model would top out in the 120's for HP and torque. I'm sure there are exceptions that will be higher, turbos and such, but then drive ability on the street comes in to play.

If you're a power junkie, the Twin Cam 110, or Harleys in general, are not the bikes for you.  They're different animals.

If you're hell bent on HD, get a 124" or 131", and/or turbocharger/supercharger.  Anything can be made to be scary fast, if you throw enough money at it.

A Yamaha Vmax, Z1300, or Hayabusa would be much better platforms to start with.

my 08 cvo dyna is getting 130 hp and 133 tq, its very driveable. More so than stock, Zippers performance has the formula. red line is now 6500, 100 mph in 3rd gear, it pulls like a train.

I have been "fighting this battle" in head for over a year trying to figure out what to do to my motor. I finally took the advice of many people on this forum and am having my 120r installed today and tomorrow. At the end of the day there is just no substitute for cubic inches. I tried every other way for a long time!

Since no one wants to give up their top secret build info my 110 makes 104 hp and 111 ft-lb.  I have a Woods 555 cam, K&N a/c, V&H Power Chamber duals with Fulsac 2 1/4 baffles and Mastertune.  Nothing else done and it runs great.  I spoke with Dan Vance the other day and he jut finished a 113 that made 133 hp and 128 ft-lbs so you can make a lot more power than I have but a thousand pound missile with more than what I have is dangerous, IMHO.

My local engine builder says 120 is a good useable and reliable HP number for the 110.
