TN....I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the pager will not operate without the Smart Siren II installed on the bike.

Yup, the 2007 does not come with the Smart Siren II.  Just the Smart Siren.

When you do get the SSII installed, it's a matter of timing since you can't press a fob to arm it.  It's a PITA, but do-able.

I've already been through this with mine.

Good Luck!!

thanks everyone....i think this site has more knowledge than the gucci shop....harley dealers to most.....anyhow after having the smart siren II installed the pager works fine. one thing i can't do is get it in the chirpless mode....only thing i notice thats not right is the flashers don't blink once when disarming...i've tried cycling through the on/off numerous times. took the bike in and the service mgr couldn't either. so my smart security has still got the upper hand. said he would inquire and get back with me.

oh yeah my 1000mi service done too....now i'm gonna see what it'll do........

Ride Safe

i forgot....my gas guage had to be replaced and it now has blue led...which goes with the black ice paint....

That is  very interesting about the blue LED in the fuel gauge.  I have the Blue SERK and thought it odd that the fuel gauge LEDs are red, but the speedo is red also.  I wish both were blus backlit.
