Amp problem with 2011 CVO street glide

My Sound system didn't work when I went to pick up my new CVO in April 2011.
2 weeks later I picked it up and all was ok until January 2013 15,000klms when the sound system cut out after 20 mins and then after turning off and on went for about 15 mins.
This continued on the same ride until it didn't work at all.
The HD dealer had 3 goes at fixing it and finally did (not sure of the exact fix under warranty).
Yesterday August 18 exactly the same problem as before. 20,000klms
The sound system just stops.
Radio ipod CD all the same.
Have contacted the dealer. No answer yet.
Anyone else had similar problems?

Do a search.  There are many threads on the 2011 model year and amp problems.  So far, mine has worked fine.

I have the 12serg and it cuts in and out all the time after riding to Sturgis this year.. It has went completely out a couple times but does come back on. Mainly just the right side in and out.Haven't had time to look into it but yes very annoying! Thought about taking it in, but not sure if its under warranty?  :-\

I agree .    Do a search.  I have replaced two.  It wont be long till it
 stops working

Try this tread jjb. It is in the CVO Street Glide section.

Your problem sounds like the head unit is going. I have had 4 of them replaced.
