Fullsac headpipe and cores....the tuner is personal preference. If you are going to go with a map from Steve at Fullsac, then get the TTS from them and he will supply a map. If you want to tune on your own or using somebody else, find out what tuner they recommend.

Well, you said that you really want a 2-1 setup. In that case, I highly recommend what I have... The Drago's Bike Works S/C/S-4 2-1 exhaust. You have a SERGU, so you can get away with just the pipe. It's about $650, made by Rush... and is excellent quality, performance, and sound. I got the left side ghost pipe, too, because of my stretched bags and rear fascia. It's another $315.

2-1 pipes are generally targeted for race-type applications... high-HP high-RPM stuff... and so they work best with higher duration cams, such as the SE 259e cams that I run. 2-1-2 pipes will generally provide much better low end torque than 2-1 pipes with lower duration cams such as the SE 255 cams that come stock, or medium duration cams such as the Andrews 54H cams.

The Fullsac X-pipe is the best thing going for a 2-1-2 pipe. Fullsac baffles aren't the loudest around, but they sound good and will perform very well. I had the Fullsac system before I went to the Drago's 2-1 pipe. Many of my friends run the Fullsac and they all like it.

I like the TTS MasterTune because it offers more tuning flexibility and functional support than anything else out there.

After figuring out my budget it looks like I'll have to install the Fullsac x pipe and the stock CVO cans. I'll do the power vision dual license for $199 just to get it running again. Maybe later I can either do fullsac cores or a 2-1 like a supertrapp.
Thanks for all the replies.

I don't know about all the tech stuff.  What I do know is what I've seen and now ride.  I took off my stock slip-ones and replaced with CFR's. the sound is amazing. (A little loud for the long haul compared to stock).  They look great. With the 113, I was told the there had to be a SERT added.  I got about a 5% increase in HP and torque.  Is it off the charts? No. It is in the spot we we ride most: 3200-3700 rpm. So it is not an option above but a good option for us that don't know all the technical details of rod length, heads this and that.  It sounds good, it turns heads and I feel it in the seat.

I had CFR's on it with the stock cat pipe, That was a good sound but had a little less seat of pants torque. I imagine with an open head pipe they would be as loud as the D&D was.

Vance and Hines Hi Output Slip Ons with a de-catted stock header. I like the way the larger diameter Slip Ons fill the extended back slots. Nice rumble and mid loud.

Put on a set of Vance and Hines Dresser Duals (true duals) if you want it loud. Been there done that. It's about 50% quieter with the de-catted stock header.
