I've read a bunch of the threads on the new '14s, but have not seen any reference to their drive ratios or transmission ratios.

Are they the same as the past few years?

According to the online spec sheets from H-D the ratio's remain the same.

The spec sheets show that they remain the same. Any change would have required a primary sprocket change, a transmission gearing change, or a final drive pulley change. I am not surprised that none of that appears to have been done.
