It depends on what you really want, and what's going to make you happy.
The '13 SERK is absolutely beautiful, and I would love to own one. And, if you can get what you consider a good deal on one, that's awesome. It will turn heads, and it's a CVO with the 110 (that can be good or bad...). You can take the windshield off for bar hopping or around town, put a larger one on for touring, and add a Tour Pak if you want.
The '14 Limited is also beautiful, and I've posted elsewhere how much I like it. Amber Whiskey and Vivid Black would be my color. It's a TON of bike for the money, and would be hands down the ultimate bike for long hauls. You get all of the newest technology and improvements... CANBUS (finally!), new crank bearings, twin cooling (we'll see how we'll that works, but it will probably work fine), 10:1 CR, new steering head and forks, etc. you also get all of the new '14 creature comfort refinements... new audio system with GPS, new hand controls, new fairing with vent, new larger TP, new saddlebag lids, new seat, etc.
Honestly, as much as I love CVOs... if I were buying a new Harley I would get the '14 Limited. Then I'd add highway pegs, a Fullsac X-pipe, Rinehart 4" mufflers, and a TTS MasterTune... and ride the hell out of it!
