SEST Software for the Orange/Black dongle

My wife purchased a 2013 that has the orange and black tuner dongle but where can I get the software?   According to the new Harley part catalog, the "kit" contains software and dongle but doesn't show where the software can be solely obtained.
Any help is appreciated.
