I don't live very far from the Dunlop plant that makes all Harley' tires.  They've been on strike for a few weeks now. supervision is producing 1000 tires a day for Harley.  they normally produce over 5000 a day.  SOOOO,  my bike is supposed to ship on Nov. 24.
Wouldn't surprise me if the factory was starting to run low on tires.
If mine comes in with yokahamas on it,,,, it can sit at the dealers till the strikes over and they replace the tires.  won't be able to ride it in the snow anyway.

uh-oh
bad time to need new tires!

Glad I just got a pair the weekend before leaving for MV.  Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.

Hey Ken,
Welcome from Canada!  Nice to see you have come out of the closet [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif].  Wait till your bike arrives, you are really going to enjoy this site then.

Thanks everyone, you guys have already spent some of my money, $1,200 on OCD ( yup most ordered from Chicago HD thanks for the info about the savings  ;), parts just sitting in the garage waiting for her to arrive  :'( The posts on this site has really helped me become familiar with the bike on many different levels. Regarding delay, actually just curious because the CVO's seem to have been shipping on time lately, Of course subject to change for a lot of factors that only MoCo knows.  again thanks......be back on when i get back from  a week vacation to San Antonio.
