Some Stage X newbie question (I Guess)
« on: September 11, 2013, 08:46:19 PM »

... So Newbie that I'm not sure that I placed it in the right section (feel free to move it!)   :-\

I'm currently running a Stage 1 Rocker C, so I know what stage 1 is (Not that newbie).  While I'm waiting for my CVO Breakout (probably 5 days before Christmas), I'm reading lots of things, eating catalogs, learning more about stages... I just realised, reading the Screamin Eagle Performance Catalog that I have no idea what’s installed in the 110SE.
I usually get the “Hey! What stage is your ride?” question a couple of times a month, but now, I just don’t want to answer “I don’t know...” on next summer...
So, is it only a Stage 1 with big displacement?  My guess is no, but..........

... Edit....       I just saw the Twin Cam section... Can't move the topic myself...

Huh, have never heard anyone ask the "what's in it" question that way....

When someone ask you a question like that, just look at them and say "What the heck do you mean by that?"   :nixweiss:

Typically a cvo is pumped up as far as is legal to start with, the new bikes are so new that a few folks have already installed "hop up parts" that are essentially tune down parts simply because "that's what we always do" and nobody had any idea what the specs are for the current stock parts.....  Wait a bit and let the dust settle

Typically the CVO 110ci bikes would be considered stage 3? Heads, 255 cams, and of course, cubic inches. It wouild be a stage 4 if it included bigger Throttle Body?
