Snurrebakken,
Always, it's the last days more difficult because your dealer says tomorrow, sorry delayed! it'll be tomorrow again and so on... but it's sure your bike is on good way for Norway. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
I hope you ride before the snow but it's snowing on the North States it's means that in ten days approximatly, it'll snow on the North Europe. [smiley=oops.gif]
When the winter will intalled, send us some pictures ! 8-)

Claude,
Thanks for these pictures, they confirm the informations sended by Eqcons from Scotland. ;)
We'll wait the Spring all together for the first meeting with our Jesters. ::)

Best regards
Jacques

It's illegal same in Europe but we have still a tolerance of the police for HD, how many time ???
Also, we have not an annual inspection same the cars. It's means that we go back not at the homologated version each year.

today i got papers from the annual inspector $$$ that says i need to get a smal licence plate because theres no place
for a normal [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

Dogol,

Many of the bikes show rust on that side Dogol.   Most of it cleans off pretty easily, but until the bike is run a bit its the place you notice it the most.  Some even will notice it at the bracket on the left side of the bike where the 2 mounting screws are for the muffler.

Dogols,

Unfurtunately or not, it depends, this is not MY bike. But I saw till now that almost every '07 touring bike with the new mufflers have rust in the inner/rear end. I don't now if it's easy to clean and if such a cleaning last, but I think it's a manufacturing issue that the MoCo have to worry about.

Some meticulous riders make someting to wipe out the rust, but most of them don't take care of that and it's surely not a good "image" for HD bikes. And still not considering the stuff you get for so many of your buks: rusty is as expensiv as gold plated!
