It appears the last 2 digits of the part number indicate that it is a CVO embroidered cover. My part number didn't come upon the HD website either but mine is the same cover as P/N 93100025 with the exception of the embroidery. By the way, it leaks through the stitching on the logo part, nice look but not well thought out.
