Dash insert panel

 I was up in Tomahawk (WI) last weekend, riding my 05 SEEG (Peep Yellow) and saw two other 05 SEEG there.   I noticed the center panel of their "dash" (or center panel of the gas tank?) was yellow, matching the bike with Custom Vehicle Operations logo.   Mine is silver with a turned metal finish and a simple Harley logo.   My friends convinced my that the yellow one was underneath this silver one, so with some gentle heat from a heat gun and some patience, I pulled it off and found the painted yellow one underneath.  It is a bit scratched up (previous owner?) but looks a lot better than the silver one.  Here's the question.  Can you buy them at a dealership and does anyone know the part number?
