How many miles on your bike / rear tire ???
Rear tires dont tend to last long for me. I have 140 TQ and I visit it regularly. Right now Im at about 7300 miles and its pretty close to ready to change. Im wanting to go to an 18" rear tire and 19" front. Currently running stock, 16 and 18". I think the handling will improve even more with the new wheel size. I will probably go with Avon Venoms with the new wheels. Avons are not known for long lasting but more for their performance grip.

Who said anything about paying for tires??? :bananarock: :bananarock:

No one I don't think you will ever stop Scalloping on the current 407 Tire design. So don't waste money on suspension items!

Since this will be a winter install I won't have an answer as to when or if I will reinstall the True Track.  I have to agree with Jerry, I may be chasing a phantom fix for something that does not need fixing.  I changed from the Dunlops to the Metzler's last spring and the rear still scallops starting at around 3,000 miles.  The scalloping dates to the dealer installing new rear bushings in the swingarm.  When I tried to do the alignment procedure a month ago with borrowed lasers I ended up finding out that the swingarm had quite a bit of play and moved easily from side to side.  It ended up being loose nuts on the bushings.  I torqued them down to the specified amount but I do believe that they need to be replaced so I chose another product.  If it does not ride better Jake will refund my money.  I need to at least try, weather permitting I might take it out during a warm spell this winter.  UPS guy just delivered my 2014 compensator so I've got things to do, but at least the snow stopped for awhile.   When I have more info either positive or negative I will post my findings.  Good luck on your 09.

I'm beginning to feel the same way. We are probably going to have to live with the scalloping until Dunlop or one of the other manufacturers makes available proper tires in our size / load range...

Thanks to all for the feedback!
