Pretty sure they'll be unveiling a new name for Earl Small's in the next week or so. 

The shop's being repainted, all of the ESHD logo apparel is on buy-one / get-one special, etc.

I think I've heard the new name; should be interesting to see how it plays-out: re-branding is a touchy business.

The dealer here in my town changed hands several months back.  Went from the longstanding "Cycle Connection" to the newly christened "Hideout Harley."

Knew right away it had to be out of town owners as the new proprietor.  The name and signage is a tie in to Bonnie and Clyde's short little stay here in Joplin 80 years ago.  No one local pays much mind to the incident.  History doesn't portrays them well.  Contemporary press and popular opinion turned against them quickly for all the random violence and killings.  And they killed cops here in town during their shootout and subsequent escape.  So not something that anyone who really had a clue about the local community or the pair's history would likely hang their shingle on.  But.... well....  hey; maybe the new owners will create a service department that doesn't suck like rocks in space as it used to.  If they do that I'm sure people wouldn't mind if they named the place "It's Not a Honda - Harley Davidson."
