I read that the Moco does not give a gold key with the CVO anymore, but a golden coin instead... I talked to my dealer regarding that coin, and he doesn't know what I'm talking about.

I got my 2014 CVO Breakout last Friday with no golden watever...  Is it supposed to come with the bike or does HD send it directly to my home ??

Does anyone have a picture of that coin, certificate, box or anything that goes with it ?

When I bought my 2013 SERK from the Dealer, they didn't mention anything about one.  I'm wondering if the other goodies are to make up for it, or if those came with previous CVO's as well.  This is my first Harley, in addition to it being a CVO, so I don't have any past experience to go by.

Mine came in the mail about a month or so after the purchase. They get mailed from the MoCo.

I got a coin with my 2013 Ultra Anniversary, but they sent me a Breakout coin by mistake.  I called HD about it, and they told me to contact the HD Museum for the correct coin, as it was related to the included one year CVO museum membership.  I contacted them and explained the situation, and within a week I had received the correct coin.  I would assume that they are still the point of contact for issues related to the CVO coins, so if necessary, it may be helpful to call them.

Got mine in the mail last Friday, bought the bike beginning of June. Also came with a booklet etc and a
membership to the MoCo museum. Handy for someone closer than the 3,000 + miles away that I am lol.

I kinda knew that I wasn't getting the gold key for my 2014 BO so I guessed it stopped there!

I'll be keeping an eye on my mailbox now.

I purchased my 13 CVO Ultra on May 18, 2013 and no mention of a gold coin was ever made and I have yet to receive anything. Not that it really matters but now I feel slighted! Funny thing, I bought 4 new bikes from this dealer before the CVO and with each of the first 4 bikes I got 2 new t-shirts. I spent 40 grand on a CVO and was not offered up any free t-shirts! LOL

Had not thought about it for a while until seeing this thread but I never received mine either, bought my '13 SEUC in April.
Had to berate the salesman just to get a t-shirt, reminded him I had spent $65K on bikes with him and no t-shirt while another dealer gave me one just for looking at a CVO on their floor. Guess a call to the dealer is in order but not high priority. If it were a real gold coin, different story...

i bought mine in jun and have not received my gold coin either.  i did receive a 'customized' tin about a week after from my dealer with a dozen chocolate chip cookies in it.

Be careful, the coin is probably hidden in a cookie !!

If you didn't or do not receive the coin, it would appear your dealer is a coin collector.

Well, I guess this could be a nice surprise/potential bonus if I ever end up receiving my coin - truly wasn't expecting it.  Of course, NOW that I know I'm supposed to get one I really want it.
