I don't know if I'll get this right, but I'm sure someone can clean up my mess if I get it wrong.

You should be able to use the Dynamic Ringz without any issue, but I'm pretty sure that you'll need the Load Equalizer to get the flash rate back to the correct speed. The bigger issue might be whether or not you'll be stopped by your local law enforcement for the Ringz. They're not Department of Transportation (DOT)-compliant over here in the States, which means that they are not technically legal to run. However, many have them on their bikes and have not had any issues with law enforcement for them.
I just received mine yesterday, and I had to order the load equalizer. I've got a 13 SERK that has the LED panels in the back end, and I initially thought that Harley would have already put a load equalizer in to balance the normal bulbs that were in the front signals. Custom Dynamics indicated that I would still need the load equalizer. To test this, I just threw the Dynamic Ringz on the fronts with smoked deep dish bezels (which looks fantastic, btw), and sure enough the signals will flash faster than what they are supposed to. For the first 3 or 4 seconds, they were flashing at the normal rate, but quickly went into hyper mode and stayed there.
I think you'd be fine in going with the Ringz. Just make sure you get the right load equalizer, as they are different or specific to certain models of Harleys.
Good luck,
Tru
