Having intermittent voltage spikes causing this code (battery voltage high) to flash often enough that occurs anytime I ride after clearing the code. Have checked all connections to the battery, etc and all are clean and tight. Voltage at battery holds steady at 14.6 from idle through 3-4000 rpm. Starting voltage drops to between 10.2 and 10.5. At a loss as to what to do next. Is there some test I can do on the voltage regulator?
 Bike is an 07 Ultra, T-Max ignition with true duals and Ful-sacs.
