Does anyone have Heat Demons on their Ultra?  My heated grips just went out and thinking about putting these on instead.  It doesn't look like they will fit between the clutch reservoir and before the curve on my WO 575's.

Yes. On my 2007 cuse2.  Installed them when I put the 575s on.

Me too. 575's and Heat Demons. My Heat control was installed on the right side as my Legends switch is on the left already. The Heat Demons have been flawless. All installed by Jim (hddude)

Yes, they will fit. You need to get the correct version for the 1.25" bars.

I have them in a set of 575s on my '12 SG....been workin' flawlessly for one season so far.     1 and a 1/4" fits and looks like factory!

I thought the same thing but called Wild One and they said I don't need the 1.25" because the bars are 1" at the grips.  Is this correct in your experience?

NO!!!! The heater elements are for the 1" ends...the control 'pod' is the part that needs to be 1 AND 1/4 " to clear the bigger part of the bars.

See if, perhaps, a picture is worth a couple dozen words.  This is with a Heat Demons control on the right side but it's the same either way.

That is how mine is with the little lights on the bottom I guess if you mount it on the left the little lights will be on top?

Or...just decide which side you want the controller on and get the right ...or left one. Ever gonna mount a GPS to the bars on the left?...get a righty then. When I got mine, I was sent a 1" right from a reseller...Heat Demons stepped right up and sent me both a left AND a right controller as we did not specify in our convo and they wanted to get it shipped out.....anyway....the left has short wires and the right has long wires...so not effortlessly interchangeable.

I tried to put heat demons on my FLHXSE3 when I had 575's on it.  They would not fit on the right bar with the throttle by wire, which is what Wild One says in their instructions, unless you hone the right handlebar grip out to accommodate the heating element. 

I've since put on the Yaffee bars and still have a brand new set of heat demons sitting on the shelf.
